PKR789 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and pkr789. Access to or use of any part of the pkr789 platform — including the website at pkr789.pro, the Android APK app, the iOS mobile web app, the game lobby, the PKR cashier, or any promotional material — constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

These terms should be read together with the pkr789 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated by reference into these terms. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless stated otherwise.

pkr789 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its discretion, without being required to provide reasons. Approval of a registration does not constitute a warranty that the registration met all eligibility requirements — verification may occur at any subsequent point.

Your pkr789 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to or accessed by any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials — whether or not you authorised that activity.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure. pkr789 recommends using a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other platform. Do not share your login details with family members, friends or anyone else.

All personal information provided at registration must be kept current and accurate. If your contact details, payment method information or other account data changes, you must update your account accordingly. pkr789 is not responsible for failed payments, delayed withdrawals or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

Account verification may be required at any point during your use of the platform. This includes identity verification (government-issued CNIC or passport), proof of address and proof of the payment method being used. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by pkr789 may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

All transactions on pkr789 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Availability of specific methods may vary and the cashier will display all currently available options at the time of your transaction.

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. The credited amount will appear in your pkr789 account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. pkr789 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible or held pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum amount as displayed in the cashier at the time of your request. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to you and matches the name on your pkr789 account. pkr789 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within minutes. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Any delays beyond the standard processing window should be reported to our support team.

pkr789 reserves the right to carry out enhanced checks on any withdrawal request before processing, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts, or accounts that have not completed full verification. These checks are a standard part of our security process and are not applied selectively.

pkr789 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed alongside the offer at the time it is made available. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and may be subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds (where applicable) will be stated in the specific bonus terms. It is your responsibility to read the bonus terms before claiming any offer.

• Each bonus offer is available only once per player, per household and per device, unless the specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash directly — they must be played through as per the wagering requirements.
• pkr789 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• If pkr789 determines that a player has abused a bonus — including through matched betting, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts or any other method designed to exploit promotional terms — the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Where both are present, real money funds are used first in most game sessions unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are capped as specified in the individual bonus terms. Winnings above the stated cap may be removed at settlement.

pkr789 makes no guarantee of the continued availability of any specific bonus or promotional programme. Seasonal promotions — including PSL-season events and cricket match-day offers — are available for limited periods only and are subject to change without prior notice.

All games available on the pkr789 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer processes to determine outcomes. Game results are not influenced by the platform, the size of your deposit, your account history or any other external factor. Each game round is independent of all previous rounds.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentage displayed for each slot or casino game represents the theoretical long-term statistical return and does not constitute a guarantee of winnings in any individual session. Short-term results will naturally deviate from the theoretical RTP — this is the expected behaviour of any RNG-based game.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or error during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided at the discretion of pkr789. Any wager placed during a round that is voided due to a fault will be returned to your account balance. pkr789 is not liable for winnings that would have been generated by a round that was terminated due to a technical fault.

Live casino game outcomes are final once the round has been settled by the dealer. Disputes about live game outcomes should be raised with our support team within 24 hours of the relevant session, along with the game reference number visible in your transaction history.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pkr789 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own details or the details of another person.
• Using the account of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools or any artificial means to play games, claim bonuses or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker or live casino games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape or interfere with the pkr789 platform, servers or software in any way.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds connected to illegal activity.
• Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulently obtained or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or any technical anomaly to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through an identified exploit will be voided.
• Making false, misleading or abusive communications to our support team or other players.

pkr789 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems may be suspended pending manual review. If a review confirms a breach of these terms, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

pkr789 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reason to believe that the account is being used in a way that breaches these terms, poses a security or fraud risk, or is inconsistent with fair and legitimate use of the platform.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by the contact details on your account. During a suspension, access to the game lobby and cashier will be restricted. Funds on account at the time of suspension will be held securely and released if the investigation concludes in your favour.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account with a positive PKR balance, withdrawal of the remaining balance will be processed to your verified payment method before the account is closed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Nothing in these terms limits pkr789's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
